Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Queen Elizabeth National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of Uganda’s largest and most diverse protected areas, offering a thrilling mix of wildlife, scenery, and cultural experiences. Located in the western part of the country, it is home to a wide variety of animals, including the famous tree-climbing lions of Ishasha, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and over 600 species of birds. A highlight of Queen Elizabeth is the Kazinga Channel, a waterway that connects Lake George to Lake Edward. Visitors can enjoy a boat safari along the channel, where they can get close to hippos, crocodiles, and an array of bird species.
